How a delivered rental differs from the Rental Car Center

At Harry Reid International Airport, the major rental brands operate from the Rental Car Center, a separate facility roughly three miles from the terminals. You collect your bags, find the shuttle stop, ride over, and then wait at a counter. After a long flight or a late arrival, that can add a lot of time before you even start the car.

Our transportation service is vehicle delivery and pickup: we bring the rental car to you and collect it afterward, and you drive it during your trip. We do not provide drivers or chauffeured rides. With a delivered car share, the car comes to an agreed meeting point. You know the vehicle, the price and the plan before you land, and the team that prepared the car is the team you message if anything changes.

Designed around your flight

Share your airline and flight number with your request. If your flight is delayed, the team can see it and adjust. Late-night arrivals are normal in this city, and the line is answered 24 hours a day.

Following the airport's rules

Hotel delivery on and off the Strip

Many guests do not need a car on day one. They take a ride to the hotel, settle in, and want a car from the second day for a park trip, a dinner across town or a family visit. Hotel delivery handles that.

Strip resorts

Large resorts have busy driveways with valet lanes, taxi lines and rideshare zones, and each property has its own rules. The team agrees a practical meeting point with you, such as a rideshare area or a nearby spot that suits the property. A street address in the valley is all we need for a home handoff. That covers family visits, short-term rentals and locals between cars.

Returning the car before your flight

The end of a trip matters as much as the start. Return is arranged the same way as pickup, at a spot and time agreed in advance.

Leave yourself time at the airport

Security lines at Harry Reid can be long during peak travel periods and after big events. Plan the return so you are not rushing. If you are flying out of Terminal 3 but the handoff was at Terminal 1, tell the team, because the terminals are not side by side.

Returning from a hotel

If you are ending the rental at your hotel and taking a ride to the airport, the team arranges a hotel return instead. Just note it in your request.

Pair the transportation service with any vehicle

Delivery works with every rental line. Couples and families planning a park day usually choose the Lexus NX luxury SUV. Business travelers often prefer an economical Jetta sedan.
